Jake is the Founder and Managing Partner of Brooks Capital Partners. Prior to starting the firm, he served on the acquisitions team at Fairfield Residential, one of the nation’s largest multifamily investment and development companies, where he evaluated institutional multifamily transactions across the Western United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University. Jake is a San Diego native and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, the beach, and working out.
